GRIM Video

Surprisingly for December, it was actually a very nice day for an off-road muddy race through trenches of freezing cold water.

Its going to be GRIM

In a bid to keep our training going through the cold winter months we've entered the Grim Challenge.

Billed as "A Trainer Ruining Event" we're going to be sloshing around a 12km off-road course in early December.

Hopefully we'll have some amusing pics / video to post if we don't sink up to our necks and disappear for good..........

Oh my god what have we done.....

We've just heard from the British Heart Foundation that Team Bamford (Anna, Dave and Mike) have been awarded 3 charity places for the April 2009 London Marathon.

Our first thought: Yeah! Lets celebrate!
